All piercing tools are single use or sterilized in our autoclave, which is tested every month. We do wipe downs with Cavicide, a regularly used hospital disinfectant, and a commercial sized HEPA air filtration system filters the full air volume of our shop over 11 times a day.

In general, a nostril piercing takes about 4 to 6 months to fully heal, and a septum about 2 to 3 months. It can feel healed sooner, so keep up the aftercare we teach you until it is, and call the shop at (403) 474-6660 with any questions.

Most people feel a quick, sharp pinch, and your eyes may water for a moment. It is over in seconds, and some tenderness for the first few days is normal.
