Generally, yes. The bold outlines that define the style help it hold up over the years. Like every tattoo, it lasts longer with sun protection: no sun for at least 2 weeks while it heals, and sunscreen always after that.
The minimum shop charge is $120 plus tax for 15 minutes or less with one needle, and $150 plus tax for 15 to 45 minutes. Anything beyond 45 minutes is charged at the artist's hourly rate plus a $40 shop fee, then tax. Moose charges $200 an hour, Kylie and Keith $150 an hour. Deposits and other questions.
